Another scientific miracle: having a big ass could prevent diabetes
We all want to be in shape, with tight muscles, or at least thin. But it seems that perhaps taking it easy with the exercise and diet isn’t such a bad idea. At least that is what the latest research shows. A new scientific study says that the accumulation of fat in the hips and thighs can reduce insulin levels and improve their sensitivity, helping reduce the risk for type 2 diabetes.

The study was conducted by Scientists at the Harvard Medical School and the Joslin Diabetes Center of the United States and published by Cell Metabolism (Cell Metabolism).
“On an average, between 80 and 90 percent of body fat is subcutaneous and the 10 or 20 remaining is visceral. This kind of fat is 10 percent of body fat and is located around the major organs of the body “Assure specialists.
The scientists used mice to test his theory. They transplanted subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area and found that there was a decline in their weight, the mass of fat and the blood glucose level. In addition, the animals became more sensitive to insulin.
So, less abs exercise and more chicken wings? Maybe the best thing to do is to find the middle path between those two edges.
